TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern purchases from jeremy-booth.com, operated by Jeremy Booth, based in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

An order is accepted when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. An order may be declined if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. If an order is declined after payment, you are refunded in full.

Print editions

Timed open editions. During a release window, any quantity ordered is produced. When the window closes, the edition closes permanently and the final number is fixed by what sold. No further prints of that image are made at that size.

Limited editions. Screen prints and other numbered editions are produced in a stated quantity. Once sold, they are not reprinted.

Every print is signed. Prints are made to order after a release window closes, so allow several weeks for production before shipping.

Color varies slightly between screens and paper. Minor variation between a listing image and the printed work is expected and is not a defect.

Original artwork

Original paintings are unique. A listing describes one specific work, and availability is confirmed when the order is accepted. Some originals are held by galleries, in which case the sale is completed through that gallery and its terms apply.

Shipping

Prints ship flat. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders.

If an order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work and write to hello@jeremy-booth.com within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items are replaced or refunded.

Returns

Prints and originals are made or held individually and are not returnable except where damaged or incorrect. If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, it will be replaced or refunded.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and text on this site are the property of Jeremy Booth and are protected by copyright.

Buying a print or an original transfers ownership of that physical object only. Copyright stays with the artist. You may not reproduce, scan, print, or create derivative works from the artwork, or use it commercially, without written permission.

You may photograph work you own and share those photographs personally, including on social media.

Site use

You agree not to copy, scrape, or republish site content, interfere with the site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

The site and everything on it is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top will change when they are. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
